TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY:
TRAINING SERVICES: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the Training Materials & Trademark. User must comply with the terms of license for the RIG GAIN Trademark, Relevant course material. RIG GAIN is the owner of the IPR of RIG GAIN trademark & all training materials. Without the prior written consent of RIG GAIN, USER may not copy them, give any right over them to a third party, change the content or design of them in any way, or add them to another document OR convert them any documents. For any commercial usage please contact RIG GAIN.
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS: All individual bookings must be confirmed by making a payment using a credit/debit card/bank transactions at the time of booking. Seats can be reserved only for 24hrs,if payment not received RIG GAIN has rights to cancel or transfer the booking to alternate dates. Bookings can be confirmed by paying a full payment of course fee. Individuals pay for their course upon arrival by cash, debit, or credit card(Visa Card / Master Card), Paytm, GPay, PhonePe. Paytm, If required, bank transfer can be arranged prior to attending the course. Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque. Payments are to be made in USD or INR and with all bank charges being paid by the client (the remitter). All Course Booking Confirmation Payments/ deposits are non-refundable or transferable other than in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of RIG GAIN upon meeting RIG GAIN Terms and Cancellation Policy.
CORPORATE BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS: CORPORATE customers who have passed a satisfactory credit assessment and completed all necessary documentation can pay on standard open account credit terms with payment due 30 days from the date of invoice. All bookings must be made with a valid purchase order and any bookings made without receipt of a valid purchase order by RIG GAIN may result in any delegate booked being unable to complete the course and/or receive their course certificate(s). Non-payment of invoices may result in RIG GAIN withholding any course certificate(s) until payment is received in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking cancellations require a minimum of 10 working days’ notice prior to the course start date in order to receive a full refund. For booking cancellations that occur between 6 - 9 working days prior to the course start date, RIG GAIN will allow the booking to be amended to an alternative date or time within 90 days period of the original course start date at no additional charge. Once a course has been moved from its original date any subsequent amendments will be subject to an additional charge which will be advised at the time of booking. If an alternative date cannot be agreed any deposit paid will be retained. For booking cancellations that occur within 5 working days of the course start date no refund or date changes will be permitted. No refunds or No alternative dates will be offered for no-show on any paid course, and there will be no substitute candidate allowed. RIG GAIN reserve the right to cancel any course booked for health, safety, insufficient numbers, practical matters and unexpected events beyond our control. In such instances RIG GAIN will offer you an alternative date and if unsatisfactory, any course fee received only will be refunded in full/credit note will be issued. We are unable to compensate for travel, accommodation, or lost earnings.
Please Note: Any bookings made in conjunction with a promotional offer can be rescheduled once, provided it is more than 10 working days before the course commences but cannot be refunded.
For business customers with a verified credit account, you will be liable for 50% of the course value if the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the course commencement date and you will be liable for 100% of the course cost if it is cancelled less than 6 working days before the course commencement date.
Candidate/Company/Business Customer may transfer their booking to another training date course up to 10 days before the original course date. If Candidate/Company/Business Customer do, RIG GAIN will not make a refund for a cancellation of the original course and reserves the right to charge Candidate/Company/Business Customer for any change costs. Candidate/Company/Business Customer can substitute the candidate to the same course, level by taking prior approval from RIG GAIN.
BEFORE YOU ATTEND: It is your responsibility to ensure you or the participant(s) who you have booked onto the relevant course(s) are fit, medically sound and otherwise able to fully and safely participate. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in you being asked to leave the course or you may not be able to successfully complete the course. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.
COURSE PREREQUISITES: It is your responsibility to ensure you and/or any participant(s) you book onto the course hold the correct prerequisites when the course commences, and they bring evidence of this on the first day of the course. If you and/or any participant(s) you book onto the course fail to produce the correct prerequisite information we reserve the right to cancel you or their involvement in the course without liability. No refunds will be given in such circumstances. RIG GAIN reserves the right to expel a participant (without any refund) if he/she intentionally damages or steals RIG GAIN property (digital), who is disruptive, is rude to or who harasses any course participant and/or staff member.
ON YOUR COURSE START DATE:
ONSITE LOCATIONS: It is your responsibility to make arrangements to arrive at the course location on time. Full course details including start date, start time and location will be sent to you in your course joining instructions. RIG GAIN may not be able to accommodate late arrivals as it may disrupt other course participants. You must bring with you government issued photographic identification (e.g. Passport, Driver's license, National ID’s(Aadhaar card). You will be informed in advance of your course start date of any equipment, clothing, or other items necessary, you are required to bring for participation in the relevant course. Its responsibility of participants to complete full stipulated training hours to eligible for the test. Fail to fulfill training hours will be considered as no show. We follow strict No Alcohol Policy or use illegal substances in our premises. Any participants found in possession of illegal substances, alcohol or reasonably believed to have taken, or used any such substances will be immediately required to leave the Centre. In such an event we will inform their employer.
ONLINE AND VIRTUAL TRAINING: The course and/or app logins, course materials and access to live online classes provided to the participants will be for his/her use only. The participant agrees to not distribute the same to others or reproduce any course material, in any form or manner. If RIG GAIN cancels a lesson or live online class, it will make it up to the participants by offering another lesson or live online class, unless this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as a security threat or a natural disaster. If a participant misses a lesson for any reason, RIG GAIN will not compensate such participants, in any form or manner, for the same. The participants confirms that she/he has access to the internet on a computer (recommended internet connection speed of a minimum of 5 Mbps), a webcam to use for live online classes and computer headset (microphone and speakers) to enable her/him to do the course. The participants are responsible for his/her equipment and software to enable him/her to do this course. Access to the online course materials is given for 90 days from the first day of training after receiving full payment for the course. The participant is expected to recheck her/his personal details for any mismatch in the booking confirmation. For any changes, the participants can inform RIG GAIN prior to the course. The participants are eligible to receive an e-certificate for course participation only, if he/she attends a full course of Onsite/ Online Classes.
TEST DAY PREPERATION: For certified courses, it is important that each candidate can provide valid photographic identification to be verified by the third-party invigilator or to an assessor. Failure to provide the required correct identification as requested, prior to assessment/exam may result in cancellation of session. Items are allowed : Calculator (Non-Programmable), Pen, Approved Formula Sheet, Approved Kick Sheet, Blank Work Sheets Mobile Phone with VICTVS app (For Online and Virtual Training and Assessment Only).
DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY: RIG GAIN, as a training provider we are required to collect and process certain personal data in order to full fill course registration requirements. Data collected from users are used only with trusted and agreed third parties, Course certification bodies (ex: IWCF,IADC),Payment-processing services, Delivery couriers and postal services, Govt Agencies, Email marketing service providers and with Training Partners for course registration, Service improvements, to send commercial information about service and product details offered by RIG GAIN. List of data we require to collect and process : Name, DOB, Passport No/National ID, Phone Number, Email ID, Permanent Address, Job Position, Company Details, IWCF CR Number, Previous Training Records, Bank Payment Details, Credit Card / Debit Card Payment Details, Website Interaction Status. RIG GAIN has implemented the security levels of protection for personal data legally required and installs all those other technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of personal data received by RIG GAIN. In order to comply with governing bodies, we will maintain data for minimum 5years. All these terms, conditions and policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the local laws of the Indian Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes arising under this shall be rendered for the exclusive jurisdiction of the competitive courts of law in Mangaluru.
DELIVERY POLICY: Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.
